- Provide As per taste Salt,chilli flakes and black pepper
- Use 2 bell peppers for serving
Instructions to make Bell Pepper stuffed noodles:
- Slice whole bell pepper into 2 parts and put in water on stove for 4-5 mins until bell pepper softens (but not too much). - Boil noodles but not too much.Drain excess water,apply oil and keep it aside. - Take a pan,add oil and keep the flame medium high (chinese taste best if cooked on high flame) - Add ginger,garlic and saute them until raw smell goes away. - Add onion and green chilli.Cook them until onion is half cooked.
- Add remaining chopped veggies and cover the pan with lid for 2-3 mins.Stir veggies in between if required. - Now add soya sauce,red chilli sauce,tomato sauce,schezwan sauce and mix it well. - Add salt,black pepper, chilli flakes and vinegar. - At the end add boiled noodles. Mix it well and turn off the flame. - Noodles are ready to serve in bell pepper cups.
- Additional Tip: If you have oven,you can bake the bell pepper for 10-15 min after serving noodles.
