- Prepare 4 potato
- Prepare 1 onion
- You need 1/2 cup crumbled paneer
- Get 5 whole red chilli
- Get 1 green chilli
- Prepare 1 tsp cashew nuts paste
- You need 1 tsp black pepper
- Use 1 tsp garam masala powder
- Provide 1 tsp coriander powder
- Use 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 1/2 tbs Ginger- chilli paste
- You need to taste Salt
- Provide As needed Chopped green coriander
- You need as needed raisins and cashewnuts
Steps to make Stuff Potato:
- Soak whole red chilli for 1 hour
- Peel the potato and with help of peeler make a hole in it for stuffing
- Add cashew nuts,raisins,garam masala,chopped green coriander and green chilli and salt in paneer and mix - Make paste of onion and whole red chilli
- Heat oil in a wok and golden fry the potato,let it cool
- In pan heat ghee and add ginger-chilli paste and fry it
- Now stuff the filling in potato
- Now add onion paste,turmeric and coriander powder and fry till it leave oil
- Add kaju paste and kashmiri mirch powder and fry couple of min - Add water and salt and let it boil
- Add stuff potato in it and sprinkle garam masala. Cover it and cook on medium flame for 5min
