  1. You need 100 ml milk
  2. Use 100 ml water
  3. You need 1/2 tspn salt
  4. You need 2 tspns sugar
  5. Prepare 5 1/2 tblspns butter
  6. Get 1 cup flour
  7. Prepare 4 eggs
Steps to make Eclairs:
  1. In a pot on medium heat, add milk, water, salt, sugar and butter and stir until butter is melted. Dont let the mixture boil
  2. Bring down and begin to add flour, adding and stiring with a wooden spatula, then return the pot on low heat and stir cook for 2 minutes, keep stiring nd turning until incorperated.
  3. Bring down and transfer to a bowl, using a wooden spatula mix very well until smooth, then begin to add egg one at a time and mixing with ur spatula, when the mixture is well incorperated, get ur piping bag and a nozzle, add the mixture in it.
  4. Line a baking paper on ur baking tray, pipe out the mixture in long shape, not too long. Bake in a pre heated oven for 15 mins
  5. Bring out and allow to cool completely… cut into two parts, take one part and dip in melted chocolate. Keep the other part on a plate, design with whip cream or any cream of choice
