- Use 2 medium green tomato chopped
- Use 1/2 tsp oil

- Wash and chopped green tomatoes into small pieces. In kadhai add heat oil,do tempering of mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder,add green tomatoes pieces, salt, mix and add 1 glass of water, cover & cook on slow flame.
- When tomato pieces are tender,add red chilli powder and dhania jeera powder and jaggery,mix and cook for 1 min.
