- Take 80 gms blueband/ croma
- You need 40 gms sugar

- In a mixing bowl, Sieve flour twice.
- Add blueband sugar, 1 egg, vanilla esssence and using your hands, mix all of them making a smooth dough. Transfer the dough to a floured surface n knead for 5 mins.

- Pre heat your oven at 190 degrees. Grease the baking tray.
- After 10 mins of relaxing, remove the dough n roll it like chapati but medium size i.e not too thick, not too thin.
- Using cookie cutter, cut your cookies into your desirable shape n size. Out of what you have cut, take 3 or 4 pcs n make a small hole at the centre. Apply an egg (sticking glue) on one side n stack to the one without a hole.
- Set them all on a baking tray n let them relax for 10 mins. Cover them with a cotton cloth. After that bake them at 190 degrees for 20 mins.
- In the 15th minutes, remove them n fill jam in the small hole and continue baking for the remaining 5 minutes.
- Once ready, remove them and cool them before serving. Sprinkle some icing sugar on top.
