  1. Use 4 cup flour
  2. Take 1/2 cup white sugar
  3. Take 7 tsp baking powder
  4. Prepare 1 tsp salt
  5. Use 2/3 cup shortening
  6. Use 1 1/2 cup milk
  7. Get 1 cup brown sugar
  8. Use 1 cup Cinnamon
Steps to make Cinnamon Rolls (no yeast):
  1. preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Mix flour, white sugar, salt, and baking powder together
  3. after mixing the dry ingredients, add in shortening. Mix until coarse.
  4. add the milk to mixture, add slowly and stir well. It should be somewhat sticky.
  5. On a lightly floured table, roll out to 1/4" thick.
  6. Butter the entire thing. Sprinkle cinnamon over the butter. Sprinkle brown sugar all over cinnamon. press down gently with the palm of your hand to press sugar and cinnamon into the dough.
  7. Carefully roll the dough until you're left with a long log.
  8. Cut the roll in 1/4" slices. Place on a pan with parchment paper underneath.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
