  18. Provide Lightly coat mushrooms with spelt flour (use ziplock bag to fill with flour and put in seasoned mushrooms in bag and shake)
  19. Provide Coat bottom skillet or frying pan with grape seed oil and place mushrooms separately in heated skillet. Turning them when browned
