The ingredients needed to prepare Pav bhaji:
- Get 500 gram preboild and smashed potatoes
- Use 500 gram preboild and smashed tomatoes
- You need 2 tbs chopped ginger
- Provide 1 tbsp chopped green chilli
- Take 3 medium size finely chopped onion
- You need 1 medium bowl small pieces cauliflower florets
- Prepare 1 small bowl green peas
- Use 3 carrots roughly chopped
- Prepare 4 tbsp butter
- Take Handfuls chopped green coriander
- Use 1 tbsp red chili powder
- Use 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
- Prepare 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- You need 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Take 1 cup milk
- Take 1 tsp meet masala pwd
- Provide 1 tsp coriander powder
- Use 1/2 tsp rosted cumin powder
- Get 8 pav
- Use 2 green capsicum finely chopped
Instructions to make Pav bhaji:
- In a thik bottomed pan add cauliflower florets, green peas, carrots, as required water, some salt now turn on the flame and cook until becomes tender now turn off the flame
- Heat the wok with 3tbsp butter then add ginger, green chili now add onion saute it 5 minutes on medium flame then add boiled tomatoes puree stir it few minutes
- Now add smashed potatoes, capsicum, all given spices and as pr taste salt mix it well
- Again add boiled all veggies, stir and mix it properly and cook for 5 min on lower flame
- Now add milk, chopped some coriander (left some coriander) mix and cook for 2 or 3 min on lower flame
- Lastly add lemon juice and mix it properly
- Now reduce the flame and garnish with some chopped coriander leaves
- Again heat the frying pan grease with some oil or butter then put pav and shallow fry till nice brown in colour
- Now reduce the flame and serve hot and enjoy it
