  1. Take 1/2 kg Flour
  2. You need 1 tsp salt

  4. At last roll it and make round shape ball (called paira). Then cover it. Take a 1st ball and flatten it. Dust some flour and spread it on a plastic paper/sheet.
  5. Make all equal size Paratha's and set one by one, by placing a plastic paper between two Paratha's. Freeze them in freezer. Now take a Paratha take off plastic wrap and fry in light oil. Til golden from both sides.
