  2. In a frying pan heat oil around 2tbsp
  3. Add chopped garlic along with sliced onion cook until onion changes colour
  4. Add turmeric powder and sliced green chilli,mix and cook for a min(btw i didn’t have any green chilli so added some chilli powder,chilli flakes will be fine too
  5. Then add the veg mix well,cover and cook for further 5min
