- Cut chicken into small pieces and add all the ingredients given in the marinate section above. rest it for 10 min. then fry marinated chicken for 10 min. set aside
- Cut the veggies of shashlik and fry them in the same pan. set them aside.
- Oil ko garam karke lehsan add karen or brown home ke baad tomato paste add karen. usi me saare sauces add karden or cornflour ko 1 cup paani me add karke isme add karen.
- Add veggies and chicken into it. mix well.
- Cut the veggies of fried rice and fry them. add boiled rice and mix well.
- Add the seasonings.
