- At first together all ingredients
- Now add almost 1cup of oil in a wok and add chicken in it fry for 2 to 3 min then add 1tbsp of g.g paste and broil it for 10 min
- When chicken become slight brown then add to taste salt and 2.5tbsp of karhai Masala (I use Shan karhai Masala)and again broil it for 10 to mints
- Now add chopped Green chillies and broil for 5 mints
- Beside frying the chicken add almost 1/4cup of oil in another pan then add chopped tomatoes I cut thin tomatoes as they are easily mashed and cover them and let them mashed they will take almost 10 to 15 min to be mashed properly…
- Then beat the yougert to make it smooth then add it in the mashed tomatoes paste mix and then add the paste in the fried chicken..
- Now mix it properly then let it cook for 15 to 20 min on low flame…
