- You need 2-3 beetroots diced
- Use 1 green apple diced
- Provide 1 lime
- Take 2 tbs honey
- Use 2-3 tbs plain Greek yogurt

- In a pot boil the beetroot’s till tender
- Now take the beets out and dice them in to small cubes. I’m sorry I did not get too many pics at this recipe I was in a rash
- Now dice the apple
- At this point put the apple and beetroot’s in to a small bowl
- Add yogurt honey and 1/2 a lime juice and stir
