- Take a grinder jar put green peas, ginger & green chilli to makes a roughly coarse mixture. Take a mixing bowl add semolina, curd, peas mixture &salt mix it well, rest it 20 mints. After 20 mints make a tadka of mustard seeds,curry leaves & green chilli pour on the idli batter, mix it well.
- Take idli mould greased it put 1 spatula on each cavity & steamed it.Green peas idli is ready.
- Take a grinder jar put roasted peanuts, coconut, ginger, green chilli & mint leaves to make a chutney. Season the chutney with mustard seeds, green chilli & curry leaves. Serve with Green peas idli.
