Before you jump to Odisha's Sweet Potato Rassabali recipe, you may want to read this short interesting healthy tips about The Simple Ways to Be Healthy.

We all know that, in order to really be healthy, nutritious and balanced diets are important as are good amounts of exercise. Sadly, there isn’t always enough time or energy for us to really do the things we want to do. Going to the gym isn’t something people make time for when they get off from work. We want a tasty, greasy burger, not an equally scrumptious salad (unless we’re vegetarians). You should be thankful to learn that getting healthy doesn’t always have to be super hard work. With training you can get all of the nutritional requirements and the physical exercise that you need. Here are some ideas to be as healthy as possible.

Walk up the stairs. Walk up the stairs to where you live or work as opposed to using the elevator. Obviously this isn’t as plausible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a excellent way to get some exercise in. If you do work on a super high floor, why not get off the elevator a couple of floors earlier and walk the rest of the way? So many people choose the elevator over hiking even a single flight of stairs. Even just a sole flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day–can be a great boost to your system.

There are a lot of things that contribute to your getting healthy. Intensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the answer. It is the little things you choose day after day that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Being clever when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. Trying to get in as much exercise as possible is another. The numbers on the scale aren’t the only signal of your lifestyle choices. It is more about making your body as strong as it can be.

We hope you got benefit from reading it, now let’s go back to odisha's sweet potato rassabali recipe. You can cook odisha's sweet potato rassabali using 8 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to cook Odisha's Sweet Potato Rassabali:
  1. Use 11/2 cup Homemade Cottage cheese (Chenna)
  2. You need 2 medium sized Boiled and mashed sweet potatoes (optional)

  5. Provide 1/4 cup Chopped Dry fruits(Cashew nuts,Almonds) for stuffing
  6. Provide 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  7. Provide 2 cup Ghee for frying
  8. Use 2 tsp Semolina / All purpose flour (Maida)
Steps to make Odisha's Sweet Potato Rassabali:
  1. Boil milk in a pan till it becomes slightly thick,(not too thick) then add sugar and cardamom powder and switch off the flame.
  2. Mash The cottage cheese(Chenna) well in a mixing bowl add All purpose flour (Maida) and knead it well then add boiled and sweet potatoes and knead it well. (Generally Sweet Potato is not used in Rassabali but I have given it a twist by adding sweet potatoes, but if you don't want to add, u can skip it).
  3. Make small balls and stuff it with chopped dry fruits and slightly flatten it in the middle. (as shown in the main pic). (You can skip this stuffing part too as stuffing is also not used in Rassabali but I have made it in my own version). You can also give the desired shape of Rassabali.
  4. Then in a kadai heat ghee and fry it till it attains golden colour. (Make sure not to deep fry it as it will get hardened if you do so).
  5. Then immediately after frying the Rassabalis add it to the pre-prepared sweetened Milk and let it rest for 2 hrs till the Rassabalis soak the milk.
  6. Garnish it with pistachios and serve it.
