- Step 1 :Marinate the chicken strips with all the spices and leave it for 2-3 hours
- Step 2 :For dynamite coating : Mix all the dry ingredients. Then add eggs and whisk them well.If the batter is too thick add a little bit of water to make a pouring consistancy.
- Step 3: For dynamite sauce mix all the sauce ingredients well in a bowl
- Step 4 : For stir fried vegetables: In a pan add a little bit of oil and stir fry all the vegetables for 2-3 mins.
