- Take very little oil add garlic and add the bell peppers add stock and slightly stir fry them with salt and pepper
- Similarly stir fry the Brocolli,Mushrooms and zucchini too.Do not cook the vegetables.
- On our gravy spread the sitfried peppers, Mushrooms and broccoli
- Arrange the zucchini on top
- Spread the cheese
- Put the kadai back on stove and cook till the cheese melts
