- Prepare 200 ml Fresh cream
- Get 1/2 cup condensed milk
- Use 1 tsp vanilla essence

- Keep a mixing bowl and hand blender whisk in the freezer for 30 mins.
- Take ice cubes in a tray and place the chilled bowl over it. Add cream without the water and whip till stiff.

- Pour in air tight box covered with aluminum foil. Freeze for 3 hours and whip again. Freeze overnight
