The ingredients needed to prepare Banana-Vanilla Icecream:
- Provide 3 medium ripe banana
- Use 500 ml liquid milk
- You need 2 tbsp sugar
- Use Vanilla extract
- Take 2 tbsp flour
Instructions to make Banana-Vanilla Icecream:
- Wash and peel back of banana.
- Slice in circles and lay them flat in a tray. Keep in freezer for 3 hours.
- Pour milk in a clean pot. Mix flour in water and pour into milk and mix properly to avoid lump.
- Put pot on fire and allow to boil. Keep stirring to avoid burning inside pot and also from having lumps.
- Continue this process for 10 minutes till you have a thick consistency. Like the consistency of pap for 6month old.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Now pour into blender or use your hand mixer. Blend until soft peeks are formed. For about 10 minutes.
- Pour the mix into air tight container and put in freezer for 3 hours.
- Removed from freezer. Remover banana from freezer also.
- Blend the banana till soft and smooth. Keep aside.
- Pour frozen mix into blender, add sugar and vanilla extract - 1 tsp. Blend till smooth.
- Add the banana and continue blending
- Ice cream is ready. You can take it at this stage but for a better result. Pour it into airtight container and allow to freeze for 8hours.
