The ingredients needed to prepare Banana-Vanilla Icecream:
  1. Provide 3 medium ripe banana
  2. Use 500 ml liquid milk
  3. You need 2 tbsp sugar
  4. Use Vanilla extract
  5. Take 2 tbsp flour
Instructions to make Banana-Vanilla Icecream:
  1. Wash and peel back of banana.
  2. Slice in circles and lay them flat in a tray. Keep in freezer for 3 hours.
  3. Pour milk in a clean pot. Mix flour in water and pour into milk and mix properly to avoid lump.
  4. Put pot on fire and allow to boil. Keep stirring to avoid burning inside pot and also from having lumps.
  5. Continue this process for 10 minutes till you have a thick consistency. Like the consistency of pap for 6month old.
  6. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  7. Now pour into blender or use your hand mixer. Blend until soft peeks are formed. For about 10 minutes.
  8. Pour the mix into air tight container and put in freezer for 3 hours.
  9. Removed from freezer. Remover banana from freezer also.
  10. Blend the banana till soft and smooth. Keep aside.
  11. Pour frozen mix into blender, add sugar and vanilla extract - 1 tsp. Blend till smooth.
  12. Add the banana and continue blending
  13. Ice cream is ready. You can take it at this stage but for a better result. Pour it into airtight container and allow to freeze for 8hours.
