- You need 2 ripe mangoes
- Provide 500 ml milk

- Next in a small cup add cornflour powder and 1/4cup milk,stir to mix well keep them aside.
- Heat milk in a pan and let it come to a boil, now add cornflour mixture and stir continuously for 2 min and switch of the heat, let the mixture cool completely.
- In a blender jar add mangoes slices and sugar now blend until the sugar dissolve,keep it a side.
- In a same blender jar put cornflour milk mixture, condensed milk, cream,vanilla extract and mango puree, mango sharbat blend until the smooth texture puree.
- I have made this icecream both with sugar as well as condensed milk both ways the icecream taste good.
- Now pour the icecream mixture in a freezer proof container or box,cover the container tightly with a lid.
- Keep the icecream in a freezer for a few hours till it half set.
- Remove and add the icecream to a blender jar and blend again till smooth and you see the volume increasing then pour in the same container and wrapped with clinging wrap then close the lid and freeze till set.
- Repeat the process for the atleast 3 time for perfect creamy texture.
- Once set,then serve the mango icecream scoops.
