  2. Use 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  3. Get Salt-to taste

  5. You need 2 tbsp Corn flour-
  6. Provide 1 tbsp Flour/ Maida
  7. Provide Oil-for frying

  12. Provide 1/2 cup Schezwan sauce-
  13. Use 1 Chopped bell pepper/ capsicum-
  14. Get 2 tbsp Tomato sauce-
  15. Provide 1/2 tsp Soya sauce-
  16. Get Salt-to taste
  17. You need Coriander leaves-to garnish
Instructions to make Schezwan Baby Potatoes:
  1. Preparation: - Marinate the baby potatoes with the marination ingredients and let it rest for 15 minutes in fridge.
  2. After that deep fry it in ht oil on medium flame until nicely done (don't over fry). - Drain it and keep aside.
  3. Keep 1 tbsp of oil in the pan and heat. - Add sugar, ginger and garlic. Saute until golden.
  4. Add chopped bell pepper, schezwan sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce.
  5. Mix well for a minute and add 1/4 cup of hot water in to it.
  6. Add salt; followed by the fried potatoes and Mix well for  a minute to coat the potatoes well with the sauce.
  7. Switch off the flame by sprinkling coriander leaves on top.Serve hot and enjoy the great taste.
