- Take 1/2 kg Baby potatoes (cut in to halves Ifor you want)
- Use 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Get Salt-to taste
- You need 1 tsp Pepper powder-

- Provide 1 tbsp Flour/ Maida
- Provide Oil-for frying

- Get 1 tbsp Chopped garlic-

- Provide 1/2 cup Schezwan sauce-
- Use 1 Chopped bell pepper/ capsicum-
- Get 2 tbsp Tomato sauce-
- Provide 1/2 tsp Soya sauce-
- Get Salt-to taste
- You need Coriander leaves-to garnish
Instructions to make Schezwan Baby Potatoes:
- Preparation: - Marinate the baby potatoes with the marination ingredients and let it rest for 15 minutes in fridge.
- After that deep fry it in ht oil on medium flame until nicely done (don't over fry). - Drain it and keep aside.
- Keep 1 tbsp of oil in the pan and heat. - Add sugar, ginger and garlic. Saute until golden.
- Add chopped bell pepper, schezwan sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce.
- Mix well for a minute and add 1/4 cup of hot water in to it.
- Add salt; followed by the fried potatoes and Mix well for a minute to coat the potatoes well with the sauce.
- Switch off the flame by sprinkling coriander leaves on top.Serve hot and enjoy the great taste.
