Instructions to make Ricotta pie:
- Dissolve cornstarch in milk stir until smooth
- Add ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese, milk mixture,eggs vanilla bean, Mexican vanilla, lemon oil and sugar in the raw. Mix until smooth.
- Pour into pie shells. Zest your lemon.now a little fresh nutmeg then sprinkle ground cinnamon on top
