  3. FOR GALKA,Take a Pan add Desi ghee, asafoetida, black Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, whole Red Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Jaggery,1 glass of water.boil the mixture until Jaggery melts and mixture becomes thick.
  4. Add Kalunji Masala, black pepper powder,Salt, Fennel Powder, Cardamom Powder,Red Chilli Powder.mix well and boil.
  5. Boil the mixture,add Mango Pieces and cook until Mango Pieces Cooked completely and mixture becomes thick.now your very Tasty Delicious Galka is Ready.you can store it for long time.
