- Place one portion of filling in half the dough circle. Fold dough over and crimp with fork. Place on cookie sheet.
- Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
- Whisk together egg and 1 tbsp. water. Brush over pasties and cut slits for venting.
- Bake 1 hour. Serve with ketchup, if desired.
