- Get 12 oz Frozen Black Eyed Peas
- Take 3 tbsp Garlic Powder
- Prepare 1 tsp Chili Powder
- Use 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Take 1 cup Shredded Marbled Cheddar Cheese
