  1. Prepare 2 Potatoes- medium sized boiled and mashed
  2. Get 2 onions - finely chopped
  3. You need 250 grams Spinach-boil
  4. Take 1 cup Cabbage-finely chopped
  5. Provide 1 cup Capsicum- finely chopped
  6. Take 3 Green tomatoes- medium sized finely chopped

  8. You need 1/2 cup Green peas- boiled
  9. Use 2 Ginger - big diced
  10. Prepare 8-10 cloves Garlic
  11. Use 4-5 Green chillies
  12. Take 50 grms Coriander
  13. You need 2 tbsp Pavbhaji masala
  14. Get 1 tsp Garam masala
  15. Get 2 tbsp Oil
  16. You need 2 tbsp Butter

Steps to make Green Pavbhaji:
  1. Firstly take a mixture jar and put the boil spinach, coriander, ginger and green chillies and little water then churn it and make it into a smooth puree. - Then take a pan on gas stove, switch on the flame and heat the pan and add oil, butter in it. - Now add chopped onions and garlic paste then fry it for atleast 3 minutes until the onions are getting translution. - Then add cabbage, capsicum and cook it for 2 minutes. - Then add green tomatoes and cook it for 1min and add green onion
  2. After cooked all veggies then add spinach puree in it, and mix it well. - - Now add boiled and mashed potatoes and green peas, pavbhaji masala, garam masala and add 1 cup of water in it and cook it to bring a one boil.
  3. After one boil mashed all together with the help of masher. - - when it comes in smooth texture add butter and cook it for 5 min and then switch off the gas flame. - - At last garnish it with green onions and coriander leaves and serve hot with butter roasted bred(pav)
