The ingredients needed to cook Pavbhaji:
  1. Use 250 gm cabbage,
  2. Prepare 2 green capsicum
  3. Get 1 eah carrot(orange),potato
  4. Get 1 small bowl green peas
  5. Provide 125 gm little cauliflower
  6. Use 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. Use 2/3 onions
  8. Prepare 4/5 tomatoes
  9. Prepare 2 green chillies
  10. You need 2 tbsp oil, butter
  11. Use 2 tbsp pavbhaji Masala
  12. Provide to taste salt
  13. Take 1 tsp each Haldi (turmeric) Red chilli powder
  14. Get as needed coriander leaves
  15. Take as required Pav
Steps to make Pavbhaji:
  1. Boil all vegetables to 1/2 whistle and mash little by squeezing water from vegs,
  2. In big Pan,put oil (2/3sp),by heating put grated onions,stir till pinkish brown and now put little red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste, green chillies and tomatoes puree and stir for few mins and put all boiled and mashed vegs,put haldi,salt and stir with wooden ladle
  3. Then put remaining vegs watering it,thn put little butter and stir for few mins then put Pavbhaji Masala and little coriander leaves and cover the pan for few mins
  4. Thn lastly granish with coriander leaves and serve hot with Pav and small pieces of onions and butter and yummy taste
