- Heat sizzler plate for 20 mins on open flame.On it spread cabbage leaves..as shown
- Now in middle overturn 1 cup hot boiled rice,beside it put hot pavbhaji, beside them on one side edge place 2 hot batata wadas,on otherside spread onion slices. Place hot buttered pav on 2 batata wadas as shown.
- Garnish with potato chips, 1/2 tomato,cheese cube as shown, sprinkle chopped fresh coriander leaves.
- For.. making sizzling hot..Mix butter & vinegar to make mixture for sizzling. Now place the prepared sizzler plate on high open flame, for few minutes…Off the flame….pour the butter- vinegar mixture on all sides of edges of sizzler plate.
