- Use 6-8 Pav buns
- Provide 1 onion finely chopped

Steps to make Masala Pav:
- Take a pan. Heat 2-3 tsp butter in it. Add cumin seeds in it. Let it splitter.
- Add ginger,garlic,chilli paste. Stir and saute it for 2-3 minutes on low heat. Add chopped onions cook it till it becomes translucent.
- Now add tomatoes and all the spices. Saute it for 4-5 minutes. Add 3-4 tsp water. Cook it till mixture becomes softens and thicken.
- Cut the buns into half.
- Take a tawa heat it. Melt 1-2 tsp butter on the tawa. Put 2-3 tsp onion -tomato masala over it, add coriander leaves. Place the pav slices on the masala.
- Toast it from both the side. Place the masala pav on serving plate. Drizzle some lemon juice.
- Serve it hot.
