The ingredients needed to make Tava pulav:
- You need 1 cup basmati rice washed and soaked
- Provide as required Mixed chopped vegetables of choice(beans,peas,boiled potatoes)
- Provide 1 big onion finely chopped
- Provide 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- You need 3-4 tomatoes finely chopped
- Use 2 capsicum finely chopped
- Get 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- Use 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 teaspoon Pavbhaji masala

Instructions to make Tava pulav:
- Heat a pan add 2 and a half cup of water in it than add salt and a half teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1 spoon in the boiling water. Then add rice in it.cover with lead cook it on Medium flam until rice becomes soft. Strain the extra water and keep it aside
- Cut all the vegetables of your choice.
- Now heat a pan and add butter in it
- Once butter melt add cumin seeds.
- Now add finely chopped onion.
- When onion became translucent add ginger garlic paste. Cook well then add vegetables
- When vegetables become soft add red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and salt and mix well
- After that add finely chopped tomatoes and cook it until tomatoes become soft.
- Now add boiled potatoes cut it dices.Mix well
- Now add cooked rice and lemon juice mix it gently and garnish with coriander leaves.
