- Take all the vegetable and wash it
- Put all the washed vegetables in the cooker and boiled it(2whistels).
- Put the butter into the frying pan also the vegetables so that it can soak all it's moistures.

- Now when the bhaji is ready,put some boiled green peas and coriander leaves into the bhaji.
- Now take a pan,put a cube of butter on it.Now put paav over it so that it can become crispier and also put one cube of butter over the bhaji and make it serve.
