  2. Get 1 cup Powdered sugar (or confectioners sugar)
  3. Get 3/4 cup Almond meal or almond flour
  4. Take 2 Egg whites
  5. Get 3 1/2 4 tbs granulated sugar
  6. Prepare 1 Food coloring (optional)

  1. Sift confectioners sugar and almond flour together. Whisk to combine.
  2. Beat your egg whites and gradually add in granulated sugar. Your egg whites should reach stiff peaks.
