The ingredients needed to cook Bread making in Kadai:
  1. You need 2 cups maida
  2. Get 2 tsp yeast
  3. Prepare 1 cup Warm milk
  4. Provide 2 & half tsp oil
  5. Use 5 tsp sugar
  6. Prepare Half tsp salt
  7. Prepare 1 tsp Sesame seeds (optional)
Steps to make Bread making in Kadai:
  1. Take a large bowl and add maida & salt. Mix it well. Now add sugar & yeast to it. Now gradually add milk & oil in between & make a very soft & smooth dough. Knead the dough for about 12 to 15 mins. By stretch & fold method.
  2. Now after making a soft dough, brush some oil over it. Now for proofing, cover the dough with a wet cloth or a cling wrap & keep it in a warm place for about 1 & half hours or until it gets double in size.
  3. After one & half hour you will notice that the dough has doubled up in size. Now punch it and remove all the air from it. Again Knead the dough for a min and make it very smooth.
  4. Now dust some maida over the dough & roll it into oval shape as shown in the image. Roll it with the diameter equal to the length of your bread tin.
  5. Now roll it from the upper direction and bring it till the end. Seal it by tucking the sides & pinching it well to seal from every side as shown in image 2. Now it should look like cylindrical shape.
  6. Now grease a cake tin with some oil. Place the dough gently inside it and press it gently from all the sides to get a proper shape of the tin… Now brush some milk over it & spread some sesame seeds over it. Now cover the tin & once again keep it in a dark, warm place for about half an hour to 45 mins.
  7. After 45 mins., you will notice that the dough inside the tin has again doubled up in size. Again brush it with some milk.
  8. Now for pre-heating, place a kadai, put some salt inside it to cover the base of the kadai. Place a stand over, cover it & pre-heat it on a high flame for 3 mins & medium flame for about 7 mins.
  9. Now place the bread tin over the stand, now cover the kadai & put some weight over it so that the heat doesn't goes outside. Now bake it on a medium-high flame for about 30 to 35 mins. While baking, after every 15 mins, very gently brush some milk over it so that it doesn't hardens up from the top.
  10. Your bread loaf must be ready after 35 mins. Now remove it from the kadai & quickly brush some butter over it or else it would harden up. Now quickly cover it with a damp cloth & let it stay in this manner for about 10 to 15 mins.
  11. After 15 mins. make slices out of it & serve it fresh. Cover it tight with a cling wrap so that it remains fresh for 4 to 5 days.
