- Take 1/8 tsp vanilla essence

- Use 2 Cup full fat milk
- Take 1/4 Cup sugar
- You need 1/4 Cup chopped dark chocolate
- Take 1 tbsp agar agar powder
Instructions to make Bread Chocolate Pudding:
- Cut the edges of two bread and make small pieces.put these pieces in a blender jar.Add 1 and 1/2 Cups milk,blend it until smooth.Pour this mixture in a pan and heat on low to medium flame.
- Now add sugar and agar agar powder to the mixture.Keep stirring till they dissolve completely.Off the flame and add vanilla essence.Mix well.
- In a Plate make some dots from milk mixture,smaller ones with 1/8 tsp measuring spoon, and some bigger dots with 1/4 tsp measuring spoon.Let it cool.Pour the remaining bread milk mixture in a 7' mould evenly.Tap it.Bring it to room temperature, then put the mould in fridge for 30 mins to set.
- Mean while Take oreo biscuits in blender jar,blend it to make fine powder.In another pan heat 2 Cups milk on low flame,add oreo biscuits powder,sugar,chopped chocolate and agar agar powder.Mix well and keep stirring till the mixture starts thickening.Off the flame.
- Take out the milk mixture Pudding from the fridge after 30 mins, Demould it in a Plate.In this empty mould transfer the white milk mixture dots and arrange all dots at a distance small and big alternately.Pour half of the chocolate oreo mixture over the dots covering evenly.Tap the mould.Now put the demoulded bread milk set Pudding slab over it.
- On this White layer,pour the remaining chocolate mixture evenly.Tap well.Bring it to room temperature, then keep in fridge for 30 mins.After it is set, take out the mould and Demould it in a serving plate.Cut into pieces and serve chilled.
