The ingredients needed to cook Sandwich:
- Prepare 1 wheat bread
- Prepare 4 medium size potatoes chopped in small cube shapes
- Get 1 tea spoon cumin seeds
- Provide as required Green chillies and a small piece of ginger chopped
- Take 1/4 tea spoon red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/4 tea spoon Amchur powder
- Use to taste Salt
- Provide as required Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- You need 2 table spoon oil
- Use As needed Pure ghee for sandwich making
Steps to make Sandwich:
- Put kadai on flame, add oil put cumin seeds and ginger chilli stir for few seconds add potatoes cubes, add salt and red chilli powder and stir for a minute and cover with a lid and cook it for five minutes, but don't forget yo stir in between.
- Add Amchur powder and coriander leaves and put the flame off.
- Use electric sandwich maker pre heat for a minute, spread deshi ghee on both slice of bread and spread the stuffing in between the slices.
- Within two minutes it will be ready, cut in to two and serve it with green chutney and tomato sauce.
