- Prepare 4 bread slices

- Take 1/4 bowl coarsely grinded peanuts
- Provide 1 chopped onion
- Get 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

- Prepare 1 Green chilli
- Get 8-10 raisins
- Prepare 2 tbsp thick curd
- Take To taste salt
- You need To taste garam masala

Steps to make Poha Kachori Chaat:
- Peel and mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl. Grind bread slice in a mixture. Add it in mashed potatoes and mix salt and red chilli flakes. Knead it like a dough.
- Wash poha and drain in a sieve and let the water be drained. Transfer it in a bowl.
- Coarsely grind peanuts and mix in poha. Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilli and ginger. Mix salt and garam masala. Mix it thoroughly with your hands.
- Now make small balls of mixture.
- Now take a small portion of potato dough and make a ball. Flatten it on your palm and put one poha ball in it and cover the sides in centre making balls. Flatten it and make round kachori.
- Likewise make all the kachoris.
- Heat oil in a karahi and put 2 to 3 kachori at a time and deep fry till golden brown colour.
- Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
