- You need 1 pork chop; bone-in or boneless
- Prepare 1/2 tsp chopped thyme
- You need 1/4 tsp ground sage
- You need 1/2 t dried basil

- Take 2 tbsp olive oil

- Trim the pork chops if desired. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Season with everything except salt. Marinate 4-48 hours. (Never marinate with salt)
