The ingredients needed to make Tom Yum Soup:
- Get 1/2 litre chicken stock
- You need 5-6 kaffir lime leaves
- You need 2 stalks lemongrass (only the white part to be used)
- You need 1 inch galangal (Thai ginger), sliced
