- You need 1 cup Leftover Cooked Rice -
- Get 2 Eggs
- Prepare 50 gms Chicken

- Season the eggs with salt and scramble in a work & keep aside.
- Heat oil again in the same work, add minced garlic, tom yum or tom kha pasta, soy sauce, oyster sauce and the diced chicken.
- Keep stirring on a high flame till the chicken is cooked.
