  3. Ek ubaal ane ke baad 2 glass chawal saaf kar ke aur 30 mins ke liye bhigo lene ke baad shamil karein aur 80 % doneness tak ubaal lein.
  4. Chawalon ka pani drain karein aur ek tray mein phela kar 5 ghante tak fridge mein rakh dein.
  5. Qorma bnane ke liye sabse pehle karahi mein oil garam karein aur aanch medium rakhen.
  6. Oil garam hone par piyaz shamil karein aur brown karein.
  7. Piyaz brown hone par karahi se nikal lein aur thore piyaz separate kar ke baqi dahi mein blend krlen.
  8. Ab flame on karein aur oil mein sabat garam masale shamil karein aur sath hi chicken bhi shamil krlen.
  9. Chicken ko golden brown hone tak pkaen.
  10. Ab adrak lehsan ka paste aur sabz mirch ka paste shamil karein aur 1 min tak bhoon lein.
  11. Ab homemade biryani masala powder, lal mirch ka powder, kutti lal mirch, haldi, namak aur sukhe aloo bukhare shamil karein. - Sath hi tamater, dhania, podina aur 'dahi aur brown piyaz' ka blend shamil karein.

  13. 15 mins ke baad flame off krden aur karahi open karein aur 1/2 lemon ka juice shamil karein aur achi trhan mix krlen.
  14. Uble chawal shamil karein aur sath hi sabz mirchen, brown piyaz, dhania, podina aur kewra water mein zard rang mila hua dalen aur 35 mins tak tawe ke uper dum dein.
  15. 35 mins ke baad flame off karein aur chawalon ko hila lein.
