- In a pan, heat up oil, add onions and fry until golden brown.Then add tomatoes fry for 2-3 minutes.. - Then add chicken,potatoes,ginger garlic paste, fry for 1 minute, then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,aloo Bukhara, jaiful javitri, Garam masala powder, chat masala, almond and coconut paste and yoghurt. Mix and fry well.
- Then add 1/4 cup of water, cover and let it cook until chicken is tender.
- Then add mint, fresh coriander, green chilli and mix.

- In separate pan take 12 glasses of water, 3 tbsp of salt, Whole spices and boil the rice until 3/4 done. - Now take a separate pan, add 1/4 cup of water and a 1/4 cup of oil.
- Then spread 1/2 boiled rice, then put chicken, then remaining rice, and on top, add kewra water, fried onion, pinch of Garam masala powder yellow food colour, 2 tbsp of oil and cover and leave on dum for 15 minutes.
