- For the batter. Blend flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and baking powder. Then add soy sauce, water, vegetable oil, and sesame oil. Whisk until smooth.
- Add cubed chicken to batter. Stir until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
