- Take 1 pound chicken breast cut into pieces
- Get 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Take 2 cups cornstarch plus 2 tablespoons divided
- You need 1 large egg
- Get 1 can pineapple chunks
- Use Vegetable oil
- Use 1 red bell pepper chopped
