- Provide 2 medium size Boiled Potatoes
- Prepare 1/2 cup semolina
- You need 2-3 Tbsp Cornflour
- Get 1 tbsp chopped garlic/grated Garlic

- Prepare 1 tsp Butter
- You need 1 tsp black pepper

- Take 1/2 cup water

Steps to make Garlic Potato Rings:
- Take 1/2 cup semolina and blend it.
- Take 2 medium size Boiled Potatoes and mash it or grate it.
- Take a pan and put 1 tsp butter.Add grated Garlic and fry it
- Then add 1/2 cup of water and add salt as per taste,1 tsp black pepper,1 tsp Chilli flakes.
- After 1 min,add blended semolina and mix it well.
- Now put mashed potatoes and mix properly.
- Remove it from the pan and rest it for 10 mins.add 2 tbsp Cornflour and chopped coriander leaves.Mix together.
- Grease oil into the chopping board and roll the potato dough.
- Cut it into round shape with a cookie cutter and cut another with small cookie cutter just like below the picture.
- Take a pan and heat the oil.
- Put the potato rings and fry until it looks golden (turn the gas in medium flame).
- Remove from the pan and fry the all just like the same way.
- Serve it with tomato sauce/Tamarind chutney.
