- Use 3 tbsp olive oil
- Prepare 1 lb chicken breasts
- You need 8 oz mushrooms
- Use 3 clove garlic, minced
- Provide 1 small onion, chopped

- In a large 10 in sauce pan heat olive oil over medium heat
- Add chicken breasts, and sear on all sides, once seared, turn heat down to low, cover and cook for 10 min
