- Provide 4 boiled whole leaf layer of cabbage(till 1 whistle)
- Take 2 middle sized boiled potatoes
- You need 1/2 cup boiled and grinded soyabean

- Get 2 tsp oil for saute cabbage leaves
- You need 2 tsp oil for potato stuffing

- Firstly,heat oil in a pan and add fennel seeds,let it splutter.
