- Take 1/2 cup pasta
- Take 1/4 Cup frozen peas
- Prepare 1/4 cup frozen Sweetcorn loose
- Prepare 2 tbls frozen mixed peppers
- Provide 1/4 Cup Beetroot cut into cubes

- Take 1 mini Cucumber sliced
- Get 1 cooked Chicken breast cut into small cubes
