  1. Use 1 pouch of Egg Hakka Noodles
  2. Provide 250 gms shredded chicken
  3. Prepare 2 tablespoon Dark Soya Sauce
  4. You need 1 Tablespoon Vinegar white
  5. Provide 5 Spring Onions Chopped
  6. You need 6 Cloves is Garlic
  7. Provide 1 Red Onion Medium size chopped
  8. Take 2 eggs
  9. Prepare to taste Salt
  10. Get 1 medium capcisum

  1. In a Wok add oil add finely chopped garlic, cook till it turns golden brown, then add chopped red onion and chopped capsicum and fry for 5-7 minutes tossing and stirring frequently.
