- Take 4 hard boiled eggs / peeled
- Use 1 lb pork breakfast sausage
- Provide 1 cup panko japanese breadcrumbs

- Take 2 tsp salt
- You need 1 egg, beaten

- You need three separate plates to place your ingredients.
- In one,place your flour. In another, place bread crumbs,salt, onion and garlic powder. In third put your beaten egg.
- Take peeled hard boiled egg encase with sausage and roll in flour. Next roll in beaten egg. Now roll in seasoned panko. Let them sit for 5 minutes to ensure coating sticks.
- Deep fry in hot oil heated to 350°F.
- Remove when golden brown. Drain on a plate with paper toweling.
