The ingredients needed to make Thai Green Curry Soup:
  1. Provide 2 tbsp. olive oil
  2. Prepare 1 green chilli,chopped and deseeded
  3. Take 1 stick lemongrass,chopped
  4. Get 1/2 onion,chopped
  5. Use 1 clove garlic,crushed
  6. Get 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  7. Prepare 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  8. Provide 1 tbsp. Thai fish sauce
  9. Prepare 1 lime (zest and juice)

  1. In a saucepan fry the chopped onion in the olive oil for a few minutes.
